"Have visited this Starbucks on a number of occasions, both during busy NEC exhibitions and quiet non event days. On all occasions found the baristas cheerful, helpful and professional, which is not seen throughout the brand. The atmosphere is good, clean and airy. The toilets immaculately clean. Good parking available Very dog friendly In all the best Starbucks in the area."

"Brand new Starbucks so still shiny and bright. Staff are great, and friendly. There is a double aspect (windows on both sides) and a DT so it's pretty and light and has plenty of space. Since it's at the NEC it's either super quiet or super busy... Not really an in-between haha. Would recommend a stop for coffee if passing through."

"Starbucks is Starbucks BUT this one is less than 10 minutes from Birmingham airport and two hours free parking to boot if you’re a customer, so a great little find for those picking up from the airport and don’t want to pay silly airport parking fees like me"

"First Starbucks I've been in, wonderful! The staff were very friendly. Very clean shop, and they even had spices as a condiment! I'm not sure if that's standard, but it was wonderful adding cinnamon to my hot chocolate :)"

"A very nice Starbucks, definitely one of the best I’ve been to. The windows on both sides make it so light and airy. Plenty of parking. And free parking for 2 hours. Plenty of staff on shift which was good to see. Would recommend!"

"I could not thank the staff enough for helping me and my son on Saturday night 18th October. My son ended up being sick in the car and I had just ran out of baby wipes. I was nearby and went through the drive thru to ask if I could have some napkins and the girl who served me went above and beyond. I didn’t buy anything but she helped me and gave me blue roll and a bin bag to help clear up the mess in my car. She popped her head out the window and was chatting away to my son. Asking if he was okay and keeping him happy and smiley! I’m so grateful that she helped me as I still had a 30 minute journey. I really can’t thank the staff enough at the Starbucks drive thru at the NEC! Thanks again"
